Job summary

Chapters Living of Alpharetta is seeking a compassionate Concierge to welcome residents and families, answer questions, and provide information about the community.

You will assist with daily needs such as scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, making reservations, and keeping the front desk organized. A high school diploma is preferred and prior customer service or hospitality experience is welcome; benefits begin after 90 days of employment.

• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
