Job summary

Chapters Living is seeking a dedicated housekeeping associate to clean resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces. You will dust, vacuum, mop, and maintain cleanliness to support a safe, comfortable environment.

Full-time and part-time roles are available, with benefits after 90 days including medical, dental, vision, FSA, EAP, PTO, referral bonuses, and same-day pay options.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Maintains confidentiality and respects residents' privacy.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms, common areas, and facility spaces as assigned.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean windows as part of routine tasks.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when low.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is in good working condition and safe to use.
• Follow safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals.
• Communicate concerns about cleanliness to supervisor.
• Uphold residents' privacy and work efficiently.
