Chapters Living of Alpharetta is seeking a compassionate Concierge to welcome residents and families, answer questions, and coordinate daily needs to create a warm environment.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service backgrounds, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to communicate clearly with residents and staff. This is a hands-on front-desk role in a senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and families, provide information about the community and answer questions.
• Assist residents with daily needs such as scheduling appointments, coordinating transportation, and making reservations.
• Keep the front desk area organized and well-maintained.
• Receive and direct all incoming calls and visitors.
• Maintain knowledge of the community and its services to communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Build strong relationships with residents and families to provide personalized service.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all residents.
