The role supports sales, marketing and the business office, keeps the lobby welcoming, coordinates tours, handles packages and resident documentation, and upholds company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months of experience in a receptionist role or similar function.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to communicate verbally in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assists residents, families, visitors, and employees with questions or problems resulting in a positive experience; greet all visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and respectful manner.
