Village Point, a Springpoint Senior Living community located in Monroe Twp, New Jersey, is seeking a courteous Part-Time Concierge to join our team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality and first impressions for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include handling calls, answering inquiries with a positive attitude, processing work orders, making guest house reservations, and managing packages while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hospitality customer service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls promptly and route messages to the appropriate party.
• Answer inquiries from residents, visitors, and staff with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Respond to emergency calls in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Coordinate concierge services including routing of work orders and resident concerns.
• Make reservations for the guest house and record charges for billing.
• Receive, catalog, and distribute packages.
• Understand community fire and evacuation procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and employee information.
