Job summary

Distinctive Living in Manalapan, NJ is seeking a Per Diem Concierge to greet residents, families, and visitors, and to support sales, marketing, and the business office. The role emphasizes excellent customer service in person and over the phone.

The Concierge manages the lobby, answers questions, coordinates tours, and facilitates a welcoming community atmosphere. Candidates should have a High School diploma and prior receptionist experience, with strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Six months of receptionist or similar experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Proactively assists residents, families, visitors, and employees to create a positive experience; greet visitors and answer calls professionally.
• Monitor lobby area, direct visitors, receive and send packages, and maintain a welcoming, tidy lobby.
• Assist Sales & Marketing: manage inquiries, coordinate tours, support marketing standards, and assist with Lead Management Program duties.
• Help in the Business Office: process new resident documentation and maintain confidential files.
• Promote resident participation in activities and follow company policies.
