Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Resident Concierge to be the welcoming face of our community in Macon, GA. You will greet prospects, give tours, answer inquiries, and help convert interest into signed leases.

You will also process applications and leases, support move-ins, keep leasing records up to date, and serve as the front desk liaison for residents, guests, and vendors in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, leasing, or hospitality is a plus.
• Friendly and detail-oriented with strong communication.
• Ability to greet visitors and handle inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet and tour prospective residents at the front desk.
• Answer inquiries and process applications and leases.
• Assist with move-ins and maintain leasing records.
• Serve as the go-to person for residents, guests, and vendors.
