Job summary

Arcan Capital in Byron, GA is seeking a friendly Resident Concierge to greet residents, guests, and vendors at the front desk, guide prospects through the leasing process, and support move-ins with paperwork and orientation.

You will coordinate with the leasing team, maintain accurate records in our property management system, handle inquiries promptly, and address resident concerns with professionalism, contributing to a welcoming, service-driven community.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or leasing.
• Apartment industry experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting residents, guests, and vendors.
• Greet and tour prospects, highlighting features and amenities.
• Answer phone, email, and walk-in inquiries promptly.
• Process rental applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Follow up with leads to convert interest into signed leases.
• Maintain records of traffic, leasing activity, and availability.
• Assist with move-in coordination and welcome packets.
• Handle resident concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Report maintenance or safety issues and follow procedures.
