Job summary

Onni Group in Seattle is seeking a Guest Services Agent to welcome residents, manage guest interactions, and coordinate front desk operations with professionalism. You will handle packages, maintenance requests, and inquiries while supporting event setup and vendor coordination.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including weekends. Previous front desk or concierge experience is preferred, and proficiency with MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Front Office/Concierge experience in hotel, residential or customer-focused industry.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Must be able to work a minimum 1 weekend day per week.
• Must be able to work early morning and/or night shifts.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handles all customer interactions with hospitality and professionalism.
• Manage residential desk needs across programs required.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries.
• Log maintenance requests, elevator reservations, and general inquiries.
• Coordinate arrival of vendors, guests, deliveries, and prospects on-site.
• Assist with private reservations and event readiness.
• Communicate feedback to Property Manager and other departments.
• Process packages and mail accurately.
