Onni Group is seeking a Guest Services Agent at our Dallas property to welcome residents and guests, handle inquiries, arrange tours, and coordinate deliveries with professionalism. You will work closely with the leasing team to ensure smooth operations and memorable elevated living experiences.

Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are required, along with a High School degree and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Windows required.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages all resident interactions with professionalism and resolves resident concerns; provides high-level customer service and creative solutions.
• Organizes resident belongings, messages, and packages accurately and timely.
• Assists leasing team with scheduling property tours and coordinating schedules.
• Ensures updated collateral and information for local restaurants, museums, attractions, and maps.
