Onni is seeking a Guest Services Agent in Seattle to deliver exceptional hospitality to residents and visitors. You will manage front desk tasks, coordinate with property teams, and handle inquiries with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in Front Office/Concierge is preferred in hospitality or residential settings.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle all guest interactions with hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests when possible.
• Manage residential desk needs and service requests efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and assist with inquiries about services, hours, events, and directions.
• Provide accurate, timely responses and recommend services based on knowledge of property and policies.
• Ensure smooth reception operations: logging maintenance requests, elevator reservations, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with property management and other departments to relay feedback and direct residents and vendors.
