Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
• Coordinate property tours and assist leasing team with scheduling.
• Assist with packaging and mail handling, ensuring timely processing.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for in-room services (Internet, TV, etc.).
• Maintain up-to-date local information on attractions and events for residents.
• Support check-in/check-out and audit procedures to ensure accuracy.
