Guardian Security Services is seeking an experienced Concierge for luxury communities in the Washington DC area. The ideal candidate will be skilled in residential hospitality, provide excellent member service, and maintain strong professional relationships at the front desk.

The role requires an outgoing, high-energy, professional individual with problem-solving skills and the ability to manage front desk operations, reports, logs, and signage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior residential concierge experience.
• Experience working with 250+ units desirable.
• Experience with Building Link, Yardi, Rent Café, Entrata preferred.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy to submit reports, maintain logs, produce signage, etc.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and work well with people.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service and maintain strong relationships at the front desk.
• Manage front desk operations and guest inquiries.

• Support weekend shifts and around-the-clock coverage as needed.
