Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with resident or concierge software is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive resident matters.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, visitors, and vendors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide information about community services, programs, and amenities.
• Respond promptly to resident and guest needs while upholding Service Standards of Excellence.
• Coordinate resident service requests including transportation, wake-up calls, dry cleaning, or errands.
• Direct visitors to appropriate departments and handle front-desk duties as assigned.
• Maintain front desk and lobby areas in a clean, organized, and professional condition.
