Job summary

Forest Properties Management, Inc. seeks a Full-Time Concierge for our Parkside property located in Boston, MA. The Concierge is responsible for greeting residents and guests of the building, providing basic security services, and ensuring that property standards are maintained.

A qualified candidate will have customer service experience, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. This position is for Monday-Friday 7am-3pm.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and announce all guests
• Conduct security check of building and confirm identity of all visitors
• Provide resident services such as package acceptance and retrieval
• Adhere to and enforce all property policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
