Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Front Desk Associate in Miami to welcome residents, manage access, and operate security systems. You will maintain logs, respond to emergencies, and coordinate with guests and service providers with a focus on safety and service excellence.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, are detail oriented, and can multitask in a fast paced environment. The role is full-time with comprehensive benefits and occasional travel for training or company events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• 2–3 years of business experience preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are desirable.
• Computer literacy with information systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
• Monitor and operate electronic security control systems.
• Maintain daily logs, records and forms accurately.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication.
• Respond to emergencies and assist with access control.
• Direct residents, guests and invitees as needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment in the building.
• Handle duties assigned by the on-site property manager.
• Follow safety procedures and work hours as required.
• Resolves and follows up on complaints and issues.
• May work extended hours and weekends based on project needs.
