Job summary

The Charter Club Inc seeks a Front Desk Representative for our residential condominium community in Miami. The role focuses on resident service, safety, and frontline operations.

The position requires professional demeanour, strong communication, and the ability to handle packages and visitors. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, with a proactive, service-oriented mindset for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift/move packages as part of duties.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist residents, owners, guests, vendors, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Answer telephone calls, emails, and resident inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department.
• Verify and manage visitor and vendor access in accordance with Association procedures.
• Receive, log, organize, and distribute resident packages and deliveries.
• Regularly move and handle packages of various sizes and weights.
• Monitor the lobby/front desk area and immediately report unusual activity, emergencies, maintenance concerns, leaks, or safety issues.
• Assist residents with general building information, access questions, reservations, work-order requests, and other front desk services.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, records, and shift documentation.
• Coordinate closely with Management, Maintenance, Security/Rover, and Housekeeping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby environment.
• Follow all Charter Club policies regarding confidentiality, resident information, Association systems, and professional conduct.
