Job summary

The Hallmark is seeking a part-time Concierge to support residents and guests in a warm, welcoming community. The role involves answering calls, greeting visitors, coordinating services, and assisting in daily operations to ensure a smooth experience for residents and families.

The Concierge will work flexible shifts, support wellness-related coordination, and help maintain a tidy lobby and reception area. Prior office or hospitality exposure is preferred, with strong communication and customer

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED at a minimum.
One year of office or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, taking complete and accurate messages, routing calls including locating residents when necessary.
Provide information and assistance to residents coming and going, activities, and signing out when they leave the community.
Assist with recruitment activities by placing ads, screening applicants, check references, scheduling physicals, and scheduling interview appointments, as requested by supervisor.
