Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years’ experience in the Hospitality Industry.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and email.
• Multilingual ability is desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and clarifies residents’ needs and desires; answers questions; gives directions and instructions.
• Manages and screens messages.
• Helps residents establish accounts and schedules access for authorized vendors.
• Plans arrangements and reservations for dining, tours, travel, entertainment, and services.
• Reminds residents of schedules and provides support; runs errands.
• Organizes social events and event planning; arranges services.
• Gathers resident feedback to improve services.
• Maintains guest privacy and confidentiality.
• Keeps up with job knowledge through education and networking.
• Adheres to safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
