Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is hiring a Concierge in Lewisville, TX to manage the front desk, assist residents and coordinate events for a responsive, service‑oriented community. You will be the primary contact for residents and visitors, delivering information and support with a professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; college degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel; familiarity with Internet Explorer or similar tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivation, writing, management and leadership skills.
• Proficient in math; outgoing, friendly personality; good organizational skills.
• Experience with property management/accounting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and office area.
• Plan and attend Resident events.
• Follow up with residents.
• Assist prospective residents, vendors, contractors and visitors.
• Serve as primary contact between residents, prospects and the company.
• Promote proactive resident relations to improve living experiences.
• Respond to complaints, follow up on work orders, and handle rent collection and deposits.
• Accept and disburse Resident packages.
