Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in hospitality, concierge services, or front desk operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and strong service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Maintain front desk operations and a polished lobby environment.
• Provide high-quality customer service and promptly respond to inquiries.
• Log, track, and distribute resident packages and deliveries.
• Monitor lobby activity and security systems.
• Conduct regular property walks to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and on-site management.
• Complete daily logs and reports and other administrative tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
