The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Internet Explorer; Windows XP knowledge a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management and leadership skills.
• Proficient in math and good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and office area.
• Plan and attend Resident events.
• Follow up with residents and respond to inquiries.
• Provide information to residents, vendors, contractors and visitors.
• Be the primary contact between residents, prospective residents and the company.
• Promote positive resident relations and high-quality living experience.
• Handle rent and other payments/deposits; manage packages.
