Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Milwaukee seeks a Concierge to manage front desk, assist residents, and support property operations. You will coordinate events, greet visitors, and provide information while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and multitasking; familiarity with Microsoft Office and a customer-service mindset. Previous hospitality or service experience is a plus; a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, motivation, writing, management and leadership.
• Proficient in math; outgoing, friendly personality.
• Good organizational skills and follow-through.
• Experience with property management/accounting software desired.
• Marketing and budgeting experience considered a plus.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
• Self-motivated; detail-oriented; basic typing and internet search skills.
• Hospitality or service experience is a plus; valid driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front desk and office area.
• Plan and attend resident events.
• Follow up with residents.
• Provide services and information to residents and prospective residents, vendors, contractors and visitors.
• Serve as primary contact between residents, prospective residents and the company.
• Foster positive resident relations and high-quality living experiences.
• Respond to complaints, follow up on work orders, and handle general customer service needs; collect rent and deposits.
• Accept and disburse resident packages.
