Venterra Realty is seeking a Concierge at The Pointe at Bentonville to assist residents, staff clubhouse operations, and provide friendly, solution-oriented service. You will respond to resident requests, share local information, and help organize events while maintaining security and a well‑presented front desk.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service, excellent communication, and strong multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• Dependable, trustworthy, and detail oriented.
• Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Excellent communication skills.
• General computer proficiency and familiarity with basic office equipment.
• Basic office skills such as faxing, typing, and filing.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and provide excellent service in the clubhouse.
• Monitor clubhouse activities and enforce rules.
• Address resident requests with tailored solutions and recommendations.
• Provide information on local attractions and organize clubhouse activities.
• Ensure clubhouse security by locking doors at end of hours.
• Perform general office duties as needed.
