Job summary

Richardson Properties is seeking a friendly and outgoing Concierge for our premier apartment community in North Little Rock, AR. This part-time role offers about 20 hours per week, with evening and weekend shifts.

You will greet residents and guests, provide excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming environment in the clubhouse. You will monitor clubhouse rules, assist with equipment and amenities, offer local recommendations, handle resident requests with tailored solutions, and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or service roles.
• A neat and professional appearance with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while handling multiple resident requests.
• Dependable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with common office software.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist with community activities and events in the clubhouse.
• Secure and lock clubhouse doors at closing time.
• Perform office duties such as answering calls, faxing, filing, and organizing documents.
• Carry out tasks assigned by the Community Director.
