Live Oak Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Live Oak, Florida is seeking a compassionate Concierge to support a warm resident and family experience. You will coordinate services, ensure rooms are ready, and help residents settle in with thoughtful arrangements.

The role involves greeting and escorting residents, answering call bells, handling discharge gift bags, supporting admissions, and maintaining daily progress updates with administrative staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a long-term care or nursing home setting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Warm, empathetic, service-oriented personality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Admissions to prepare rooms and ensure equipment is in place.
• Verify rooms are clean and ready for new residents.
• Create and deliver welcome baskets for new residents.
• Greet, escort, and orient residents to their rooms.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
• Answer call bells and notify staff as needed.
• Address concerns using the Grievance Process and follow up.
• Email daily progress updates to administrative staff.
• Assist with tours and room changes as needed.
• Complete follow-up forms within 48 business hours of admission.
