This in-person role at the Home Office starts at $21 per hour (or more with experience) and includes a rent discount for full-time team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely processing of applicant screenings, including managing Notice of Adverse Action appeals.
• Serve as a key point of contact for Reasonable Accommodation and Modification requests — balancing care with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure affordable housing program compliance (IRS Section 42), including organizing initial and annual certifications with accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain insurance compliance, ensuring vendors and properties maintain required insurance coverage.
• Provide administrative support for insurance claims.
• Uphold internal controls that reduce financial risk and protect the trust we’ve built with our owners and residents.
