Job summary

Goldmark Property Management in Fargo, ND is seeking a Compliance Support Specialist to ensure resident needs are met and teams deliver premier experiences with confidence. The role is in-person at the Home Office in Fargo, ND with starting pay $21 per hour, plus a rent discount for full-time team members.

You will process applicant screenings, handle accommodation requests, manage Section 42 compliance, oversee insurance requirements, and support claims while upholding strong internal controls

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in multi-family property management or familiarity with Fair Housing laws, Section 42, or other housing programs is a plus.
• Detail-obsessed mindset and a passion for service.
• Ability to follow clear processes while solving problems as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Process applicant screenings, including Notice of Adverse Action appeals.
• Serve as a point of contact for Reasonable Accommodation and Modification requests.
• Ensure compliance with IRS Section 42 and organize initial/annual certifications.
• Monitor and maintain insurance compliance for vendors and properties.
• Provide administrative support for insurance claims.
• Uphold internal controls to reduce financial risk and protect stakeholder trust.
