Qualifikationen

• Minimum two years’ experience as multi-family community manager.
• Working knowledge of Entrata or other property management software.
• Reliable transportation, auto insurance, and valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market communities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day leasing operations.
• Inspect the community and vacant units to minimize rental arrears.
• Maintain long-range capital improvements planning and financial reporting.
• Ensure proper bookkeeping and timely deposit of funds.
• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly status reports.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and inquiries.
• Oversee move-in paperwork, keys, and remotes.
• Supervise maintenance and safety programs.
• Develop and manage a resident renewal program.
• Hire, train, and evaluate community staff.
• Coordinate orientation and ongoing training for staff.
• Ensure compliance with permits and safety requirements.
