The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill seeks a Community Director to lead on-campus residential communities of 400-1000 undergraduate students. You will serve as the lead educator for residents and manage facilities, budget, student conduct, and crisis response within your community.

In this role you will supervise 20-50 student staff, coordinate learning opportunities, advise a community government, and support faculty collaborations while contributing to a safe, inclusive living

Qualificações

• Experience working with diverse undergraduate and graduate/professional student, faculty, and staff communities.
• Master’s Degree in Student Affairs Administration, Higher Education Administration, or related field.
• Undergraduate, graduate or professional experience in Housing with staff supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and coordinate residential communities of 400-1000 students; augment the academic climate.
• Lead educator for residents; manage facilities operations, budget, student conduct, and crisis response.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate 20-50 student staff; advise community governments.
• Possibly teach PLUE courses and oversee Summer Operations or conferences.
