Job summary

The role is a full‑time, twelve‑month position reporting to the Assistant Director of Residence Life, with evening/weekend duties and collaboration with faculty fellows to enhance student development and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred for higher ed leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to foster inclusive student communities and development.
• Experience supervising student staff and coordinating large residential programs.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 15–26 Resident Advisers and develop a team vision.
• Lead community-building initiatives aligning with university mission and academic success.
• Coordinate RA trainings, meetings, and program activities.
• Administer housing processes, budgets, inspections, and occupancy.
• Utilize Maxient for case management and conduct processes.
• Collaborate with faculty and university partners on residential initiatives.
