Qualifications

• Master's degree in higher education, student affairs, counseling, or social work preferred.
• Experience in leadership, supervision, and student development required.
• Understanding of Jesuit values and campus safety essential.
• Ability to manage stress and respond to emergencies with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Resident Assistant/Resident Fellow staff and guide development.
• Design cultural, educational, and social programming for residents.
• Manage occupancy, safety, and security of the residential area.
• Serve on emergency duty rotation and respond to student crises.
