Qualifications

• Culinary degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered in exceptional cases.
• Proven track record as a culinary instructor or kitchen manager with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and teaching skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing culinary team to deliver engaging in-store classes and events.
• Represent the brand and ensure exceptional customer experiences across cooking classes and retail interactions.
• Develop strategies to drive sales through the culinary program and private events; analyze KPIs to improve performance.
• Oversee daily store operations with emphasis on food safety, inventory control, and compliance.
