Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years of kitchen leadership, 1–2 years of instructional experience, and a culinary degree or equivalent. Strong communication and customer-focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree required or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years experience as a culinary instructor.
• 3–4 years kitchen management experience.
• Food Manager Certification required.
• Proven sales leadership in culinary and retail.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
