Qualifications

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience as a culinary instructor.
• 3–4 years of progressively responsible kitchen management.
• Valid Food Manager Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, mentor and retain a high-performing team to meet store needs.
• Lead, coach, and inspire associates to exceed performance expectations.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and develop growth plans.
• Represent the brand with engaging, educational experiences to inspire loyalty.
