You'll collaborate with store leadership to grow foot traffic, maintain product knowledge, and uphold food safety standards while delivering memorable, hands-on sessions for guests of all skill levels.

Qualifications

• 21+ years old
• Culinary degree preferred
• 1–2 years as culinary instructor
• 3–4 years kitchen management experience
• Food Manager Certification required

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team to meet both culinary and retail goals.
• Conduct engaging cooking classes and private events to inspire customers and drive sales.
• Coach and evaluate staff, provide feedback, and create development plans.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and inventory controls across operations.
