Sur La Table is seeking a Resident Chef to lead culinary teams, conduct engaging classes, and represent the brand through exceptional guest experiences in-store. You will drive sales through education, ensure safety and quality, and manage operations while mentoring staff to achieve KPIs and customer satisfaction.

The role requires culinary expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for teaching, with a focus on delivering memorable classes and maintaining high standards across all service

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in exceptional cases.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a culinary instructor or educator.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing culinary teams to inspire customers across all stages of their culinary experience.
• Execute engaging cooking classes and ensure quality and consistency of recipes and game plans.
• Drive sales and store performance through exceptional class experiences and customer interactions.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, food safety, inventory, and compliance with health codes.
