Job summary

CARE Communities in Fort Collins, CO seeks a Property Operations & Leasing Coordinator to unify leasing, applicant processing, resident communications, and day-to-day property operations across our affordable housing communities.

This full-time role focuses on delivering a responsive, resident-centered experience, coordinating move-ins/outs, maintaining records, and supporting audits and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in affordable housing, property management, leasing, or administrative coordination is a plus.
• Strong organization, communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to coordinate multiple workflows, deadlines, and records.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; valid CO driver's license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for leasing inquiries, applicant workflows, waitlists, and move-in coordination.
• Coordinate resident communications related to maintenance, unit access, inspections, rehabilitation activities, and notices.
• Maintain accurate applicant, resident, leasing, waitlist, and property records and documentation.
• Assist with compliance audits, file reviews, and property inspections.
• Support move-ins, move-outs, post-move-out activities, unit turns, collections, and other Property Operations tasks.
• Track deadlines, documentation, and key activities across multiple processes.
