Landmark Real Estate Management is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to keep our communities full, compliant, and thriving. You’ll blend customer service, marketing, and field work to deliver a top-tier leasing experience.

This role is 80% field-based and 20% office-based, offering a great mix of autonomy and collaboration, with duties ranging from showings to lease applications and inspections.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer service or property management–related experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Market available properties across multiple platforms with accurate listings.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person and virtual property showings.
• Manage leads in our CRM and follow up with prospective tenants.
• Perform move-in, move-out, and annual property inspections.
• Assist with lease agreements and rental applications.
• Create virtual tours, assist with photography, and coordinate signage and banners.
• Monitor vacancy reports and ensure all units are properly marketed.
• Provide KPI and leasing activity reports to property management.
• Be a friendly, professional point of contact for prospects and residents alike.
• Regular, reliable, and punctual attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Do
