Job summary

Hubbell Realty Company is seeking a Residential Property Manager to oversee multifamily communities and lead a leasing team, ensuring strong resident relations and smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will review leasing reports, coach staff, and proactively address maintenance needs while pursuing cost efficiencies and improved resident experiences. Some weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in multifamily communities.
• Associate degree in business or a related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review leasing reports to ensure conversion goals are met.
• Deescalate resident issues to maintain high satisfaction (5-star reviews).
• Coordinate with maintenance to address issues and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with marketing on community ideas and campaigns.
