Barkan Management Company, Inc. is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all community operations in our Connecticut properties.

The role focuses on maximizing occupancy, coordinating personnel and resources, and delivering excellent resident service under the supervision of the Vice President/Account Executive. You will lead on-site staff, supervise leasing and marketing efforts, handle financials including rent collection and reporting, and ensure compliance with HUD/affordable housing

Qualificações

• Experience leading and training on-site staff.
• Strong communication with residents, supervisor, and vendors.
• Knowledge of housing regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and MS Office.

• Supervise associates and train staff; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Oversee leasing, marketing and resident retention strategies.
• Manage rent collection, evictions, and financial reporting.
