Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Ability to lead and develop onsite staff.
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and property values.
• Provide leadership and direction to onsite Associates.
• Hire, supervise and train onsite staff and coordinate performance reviews.
• Communicate effectively with residents, clients and supervisors.
• Coordinate maintenance, budgeting and reporting to owners.
