Carefree Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining high-quality housing, and supervising staff. The role involves compliance with state and federal regulations, reviewing leases, processing certifications, and coordinating with maintenance and vendors.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Federal, State and local laws, codes and regulations.
• Effective written and oral communication with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces daily with residents, applicants, community, neighbors, and vendors via phone, in person, and virtual channels.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through high levels of customer service and timely responses to complaints.
• Oversee staff and ensure compliance with funding and agency requirements.
• Determine eligibility, rent calculations, and verifications for certification processes.
• Review initial and annual lease documents and prepare new leases for signatures.
• Conduct unit inspections and monitor maintenance to meet required standards.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws, regulations, and lease terms; manage notices and evictions as needed.
• Coordinate with Asset Manager and maintain confidential information.
• Promote resident engagement and community upgrades; liaise with external agencies.
