Responsibilities
- Provide maintenance support for general maintenance and property systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting.
- Ensure the successful execution of all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
- Deliver the highest level of resident satisfaction through professional, responsive interactions.
- Work a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24/7 maintenance coverage.
