Job summary

Landmark Properties is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the community’s maintenance program and preserve the asset’s value. You will assist with interior and exterior upkeep, provide customer-service oriented support to residents, and communicate effectively with staff.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, documenting work orders, and ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Must have excellent communication and people skills.
• HVAC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, professional, and OSHA approved work environment.
• Assist with maintenance operations and repairs of the property.
• Monitor inventory of parts and supplies; perform preventative maintenance.
• Report time and attendance; inspect community daily.
• Ensure service requests are completed promptly and safely.
• Be available on weekends and after hours for emergencies.
