Mission Rock Residential, LLC in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support daily property operations, maintain resident relations, and ensure on-time rent payments and lease compliance under the supervision of the Property Manager. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years onsite leasing experience, proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a solid understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant.
• Proficiency with PC tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of customer service and online presence to achieve satisfactory surveys from residents and prospects.
• Explain policies related to screening, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures to residents.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid or late balances and enforce the lease.
• Schedule and conduct tours of community, amenities and vacant apartments for prospects with up-to-date knowledge of units and rental rates.
