Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of customer service and online presence to earn top survey scores.
• Explain screening qualifications, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move‑in/out procedures to residents.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid balances and enforce lease terms.
• Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and stay current on rates and vacancies.
