Job summary

Holiday by Atria in Washington state is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming living spaces for residents. You will support daily housekeeping of community areas and individual apartments, ensuring comfort and compliance with hygiene standards.

In addition to cleaning, you will assist with meal service duties on the floor, greet residents, and help with various tasks as needed. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a friendly attitude.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at a time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general housekeeping for the Community and resident apartments.
• Vacuum, dust, clean entryways, common areas, dining room, hallways, patios, and apartments.
• Clean and defrost refrigerators and maintain linen supplies.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Greet residents and serve beverages, take orders, and assist with meals.
• Bus and clear dishes, reset tables, and perform side work.
