Holiday by Atria is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain the community interior and resident apartments in a clean, sanitary, and friendly manner. You will perform housekeeping tasks, assist with meal service logistics, and support residents in a respectful environment.

Ideal candidates will have basic reading, writing, math skills, English communication, sanitation knowledge, and strong organization. This role emphasizes reliability and teamwork in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide general housekeeping for the community and resident apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, entryways, dining areas, hallways, patios and resident apartments.
• Clean/defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change beds and linens, ensure linen supplies, and rotate mattresses.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments; focus on entry, carpets, plants, pictures, railings, windows, and lights.
• Launder linens in on-site laundry facilities.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
• Greet residents and guests, serve beverages and meals from the cart.
• Take orders and serve meals and desserts, reviewing the menu.
• Return cart, assist with perishables, deliver trays to rooms if needed.
• Bus and clear dishes, reset tables, follow sanitizing procedures; vacuum carpets.
• Complete side work: refill condiments, clean coffee maker.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
