Holiday by Atria - Columbia Pines is seeking detail‑oriented Housekeepers to maintain clean resident apartments and community areas. Responsibilities include general housekeeping, laundry, and following safety procedures.

Role also covers dining service tasks such as greeting residents, taking meals, and delivering trays. Competitive benefits and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• Ability to retain orders (up to four at one time).
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Community interior and resident apartments in a clean, sanitary fashion.
• Provide general housekeeping for the Community and apartments: vacuum, dust, clean entryways, common areas, dining room, hallways, and patios.
• Clean and defrost refrigerators, check heat system filters, change linens, turn mattress, and manage linen supplies.
• Deep clean apartments as needed, focusing on carpets, fixtures, and entry areas.
• Launder linens in on-site facilities and follow sanitation procedures.
• Serve residents: greet, review menu, take orders, and deliver meals as needed.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
